Overview
A 104,250 SF truck and mining equipment manufacturing facility with crane foundations, paint booths, and complex site work.
OSW is a large truck and mining equipment manufacturing building Gaffney completed in November 2018.
The site required over 35,000 cubic yards of cut and fill, wetland mitigation, a large underground detention vault over 485 feet long, and areas of pervious paving.
The building includes foundations for 5-ton overhead cranes in almost every bay, a large press brake weighing over 300,000 pounds, two massive paint booths, a mixing room, and large gas and electrical loads coordinated with local utility providers.
